Britain records the highest Covid-19 cases since last January

We For News reported that according to official figures released on Monday, Britain has recorded another 22,868 Covid-19 cases in the latest 24-hour period, the highest since January 30 this year. Britain

The total number of Covid-19 cases in the country now stands at 4,755,078, according to the latest official figures.

The country also recorded another three coronavirus-related deaths, bringing the total number of coronavirus-related deaths in Britain to 128,103. These figures only include the deaths of people who died within 28 days of their first positive test, the Xinhua news agency reported.

More than 44.4 million people in Britain have received the first jab of Covid-19 vaccine and more than 32.5 million people have received two doses, the latest figures also showed.

According to We For News, British PM Boris Johnson suggested Monday that there will be no early easing of the remaining Covid restrictions before the planned date of July 19.

Aimed at secondary school students, the event brought together a distinguished group of academic professionals and technology experts to mentor and inspire young participants.
More than 100 high school students from across the Kingdom of Bahrain took part in the hackathon, which featured an intensive programme of training workshops and hands-on sessions. These activities were tailored to enhance participants’ critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and team-building capabilities, while also encouraging the development of practical and sustainable solutions to contemporary challenges using modern technological tools.
