Sky News Arabia obtained Saturday information from sources regarding Syrian conflict settlement roadmap draft, discussed at Doha meeting including Astana process guarantor countries Turkey, Russia, and Iran representatives to discuss Syrian developments.

Proposed draft includes multiple items, led by implementing UN Resolution 2254, demanding military operations cessation and political solution in Syria.

According to circulated document, all forces return to original positions, joint police formations assume city protection responsibility, with all foreign forces leaving Syrian territory before end of 2025.

Russia, Iran, and Turkey oversee parties' ceasefire compliance, plan imposes forming inclusive government within one month, under UN mission and Arab League supervision.

Proposed document specifies Syrian regime president Bashar al-Assad remaining in position for 6-9 months, with broad powers transfer to consensually chosen independent prime minister.

Initiative proposes establishing new constitution drafting body, comprising three equal sections: UN-chosen section, Damascus section, and Syrian Coalition section. Plan requires anticipated government to organize presidential and legislative elections with new candidates after 6-9 months.
