Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum meets with Prime Minister of Kurdistan region

The Arab News reported, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, met with Masrour Barzani, prime minister of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government, to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral relations between UAE and Iraq.

State news agency WAM reported that during the meeting, the two ‘explored new avenues to strengthen bilateral relations between the UAE and Iraq, particularly the Kurdistan Region, in various fields to serve the development goals of both nations.’

The report added thatthe two sides also discussed a number of regional and global topics of mutual interest.

Aimed at secondary school students, the event brought together a distinguished group of academic professionals and technology experts to mentor and inspire young participants.
More than 100 high school students from across the Kingdom of Bahrain took part in the hackathon, which featured an intensive programme of training workshops and hands-on sessions. These activities were tailored to enhance participants’ critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and team-building capabilities, while also encouraging the development of practical and sustainable solutions to contemporary challenges using modern technological tools.
