The Saudi Academy for Entertainment and Event Management and PUREMINDS Sign a Memorandum of Understanding to Prepare and Employ Future Leaders in the Events Industry
In a significant step reflecting its commitment to supporting the event industry and enhancing local employment, PUREMINDS announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Saudi Academy for Entertainment and Event Management. The agreement aims to develop national talents and prepare them for the workforce through training programs that combine theoretical education with practical application, ending with employment opportunities.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Abdullah Al-Saleem, CEO of PUREMINDS, and Dr. Eihab Abu Rukbah, CEO of the Academy, at the company's headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of several academic leaders. The initiative seeks to establish a national pathway that contributes to empowering Saudi youth and honing their skills to effectively engage in a rapidly growing vital sector.
In his speech during the signing ceremony, Mr. Abdullah Al-Saleem welcomed the visiting delegation and praised the partnership, emphasizing: "Your presence today motivates us even more to open our projects to young talent, giving them a real opportunity to experiment, learn, and lead global events on behalf of the Kingdom."
The agreement is based on three main pillars: qualifying national talents through a nine-month theoretical training program at the Academy, providing three months of field training within PUREMINDS' practical projects, and direct employment of graduates for a full year after training to ensure the development of practical experience and its transformation into sustainable professional practice.
Additionally, the agreement aims to bolster the creative economy by increasing local employment and preparing a national workforce capable of leading events with international standards, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s ambition to build a sustainable events sector.
It is noteworthy that this agreement demonstrates PUREMINDS’ national commitment and operational excellence approach, by developing innovative event management solutions and adopting best practices worldwide in planning and execution. This positions the platform as a leading enabler capable of transforming operational challenges into success stories and serving as a bridge linking creativity, knowledge, and opportunities.
