Trump: Ceases War Between Israel and Iran and Calls for No Violations

U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed today, Tuesday, that the ceasefire between Israel and Iran has "now come into effect," urging both parties not to violate it.
Trump wrote via his platform "Truth" that "the ceasefire has begun; please do not violate it!" after announcing last night that an agreement—described as "full and final"—had been reached between the two sides, calling for a comprehensive halt to hostilities following the completion of their final tasks.
He indicated that the ceasefire duration is estimated at 12 hours, initially to be implemented by Iran, followed by Israel at noon. After 24 hours of commitment, the agreement will be officially announced as the end of what he called the "12 days of war."
Trump explained that both parties, during the ceasefire period, are committed to remaining in a state of peace and full respect. He emphasized that the agreement reflects the ability of both sides to exercise "patience, courage, and intelligence" to end the bloody conflict, which could have escalated into a long and destructive dispute in the region—something that has now been avoided.
In closing his statement, Trump expressed his wishes for God to bless Israel, Iran, the Middle East, the United States, and the entire world, conveying a message filled with hope and optimism for the restoration of peace.
