حكومة الإنقاذ في إدلب تعلّق عمل الهلال الأحمر

نشر موقع المدن الإلكتروني خبراً مفاده أنّ حكومة الإنقاذ السورية المقربة من "هيئة تحرير الشام" قامت بتعليق عمل كافة مكاتب "الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري" في إدلب، ووضع معدات وأملاك المنظمة تحت إشراف مديرية الصحة ونقابة الأطباء والمنظمات المحلية لمواصلة العمل في الدعم الإنساني في مناطق المعارضة.

وبحسب التفاصيل فقد عمد النائب العام في وزارة العدل التابعة للإنقاذ، إلى إصدار قرار، يوم أمس السبت، يقضي بإغلاق مقرات الهلال الأحمر بعد ورود شكاوى ضد المنظمة تتهمها بالفساد المالي. وبحسب بيان وزارة العدل، جاء القرار "بعد تلقي عدد من الشكاوى، والتي تتضمن فساداً في الملف المالي، بحق بعض موظفي فرع الهلال الأحمر في إدلب، إضافة إلى بعض المشاريع الوهمية، وتلاعباً في توزيع المساعدات الإنسانية".

وكان الاتهام الأبرز الذي وجهه الناشطون للمنظمة، هو نقلها عناصر قوات النظام والمليشيات الموالية خلال المعركة الأخيرة في إدلب ومساعدتهم على تفادي ضربات الطائرات التركية المسيرة، وتسخير آليات ومركبات المنظمة لخدمة قوات النظام وتشييع قتلاه.

كما نشر المدن شهادة أدلى بها أحد الناشطين للموقع، حيث قال: "، إن "الهلال الأحمر" كان بحماية "تحرير الشام" في إدلب، ووجوده مصلحة لها برغم الارتباط الوثيق بين هذه المنظمة ونظام الأسد. وأضاف أنه لم يعد في إمكان الإنقاذ الإبقاء على المنظمة بعد أن كشف تورطها بشكل علني في مساندة قوات النظام والمليشيات في المعارك الأخيرة.

ومن المفترض أن يتم تحريك الدعوى القضائية ضد موظفي فرع الهلال الأحمر، وإصدار مذكرات توقيف بحق كل من له علاقة بالتهم، ويتضمن القرار تعليق عمل الموظفين، ومصادرة المعدات والأدوات تحت إشراف لجنة مشتركة من منظمات وهيئات متعددة.
