A major scandal at the Ministry of Justice

A financial corruption file containing five case files has disappeared. These files include judicial investigations into large and serious financial corruption cases.
According to the information I received, on January 9th, the former Minister of Justice, Shadi Al-Waisi, sent a letter to the Court of Cassation requesting that file No. 8 be delivered manually to the Ministry of Justice for review. It was officially received and signed for by the head of the office of the former minister. Since that date, the file has been missing.
Approximately a week ago, lawyer Mohammed Al-Issa, who was previously disbarred from the Bar Association, was re-arrested. He had escaped from Sedra prison after Bashar Assad's escape. He was under investigation in this missing file on charges of judicial bribery, corruption, abuse of power, fraud, and embezzlement involving large sums of money reaching hundreds of thousands of dollars, in cooperation with former Minister of Justice Ahmed El-Sayed and the office of Asma Al-Assad.
Note: After the fall of Bashar Assad’s regime, lawyer Mohammed Al-Issa escaped from Sedra prison. He was appointed as a judicial overseer for MTN company after claiming he was imprisoned due to his opposition to Assad's regime. About a month ago, he was dismissed from his position at MTN and also disbarred from the Bar Association.
The missing file contains names and sensitive information regarding a major corruption case involving lawyers, judges, security officers, businessmen from the old regime, as well as current officials and employees. The apparent purpose of hiding it is to cover up the overwhelming evidence incriminating those involved.
