Israel's Soroka Hospital Attacked by Iranian Missile Strike
مستشفى سوروكا

On Thursday, Soroka Hospital, the main hospital in Beersheba, southern Israel, was directly targeted by an Iranian missile strike, resulting in severe damage to the building and injuries among staff and patients. Rescue teams confirmed that the Iranian missile hit the hospital precisely, causing partial destruction and multiple injuries.

In an official statement, a hospital spokesperson described the damage as extensive, noting that several parts of the facility were heavily affected. The spokesperson also warned that the situation remains critical and urged the public not to come to the hospital for treatment to ensure their safety.

Additionally, Israeli media reports indicated that the attack led to the leakage of dangerous materials from inside the hospital, especially from the upper floors. Immediately following the strike, police began evacuation procedures to remove residents and nearby individuals, in anticipation of further risks.

Meanwhile, Israeli authorities announced that at least 30 people have been injured, mostly due to falling rockets targeting various areas in Israel. Concerns are mounting over the escalation of hostilities in the region.
