This resurgence occurs despite the difficult economic conditions facing the region, providing traders with a positive boost and boosting the city's commercial activity.
Shoppers coming from the Palestinian interior are keen to acquire a variety of goods and products, ranging from food items, vegetables, and fruits, to clothing and household tools, taking advantage of competitive prices and the diverse offerings in Jenin's markets. Their visit also presents an opportunity to strengthen social ties among Palestinian people, where economic, social, and cultural aspects intertwine.
Sources from the Jenin Traders Association expressed hope for the continuation of this positive movement, emphasizing that this commercial activity is a vital source of livelihood for many families in the city and surrounding areas.
