بتهمة العمالة للنظام....هيئة تحرير الشام تنفذ حكم إعدام في ريف إدلب

قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان بأنّه علم عبر مصادر خاصة، أن هيئة تحرير الشام عمدت إلى تنفيذ حكم "الإعدام" بحق شخص من أبناء بلدة الجانودية بريف جسر الشغور، وذلك عقب اعتقاله في الـ 13 من شهر أيار/مايو الفائت من العام 2019 المنصرم، بتهمة "العمالة لقوات النظام".

حيث جرت عملية الإعدام رمياً بالرصاص، وكانت تحرير الشام قد ألقت القبض عليه بعد العثور بهاتفه المحمول على رسائل صوتية لعناصر وضباط بقوات النظام،تشرح أوضاع محور كبانة والمنطقة.

وكان المرصد السوري أشار إلى أن هيئة تحرير الشام أعدمت شاباً عمره 25 عاما من أبناء مدينة سلقين بريف إدلب يوم الأربعاء 11 ديسمبر/كانون الأول الفائت.

إلى ذلك، قالت مصادر “المرصد السوري”،بأنّ الشاب اعتقل بعد مقاومة عناصر القوى الأمنية لـ”تحرير الشام”، بتهمة تعاطي المخدرات، وفيما بعد تم الحكم عليه بالسجن لمدة عامين، إلا أن “تحرير الشام” سلمت جثته لذويه قبل أيام، وذلك بعد اعتقال دام 8 أشهر.

وأفادت مصادر المرصد، بأنّ القاضي هو “أبوعزام الجزراوي” سعودي الجنسية، وهو المسؤول عن الملف الأمني ويطلق أحكامًا قاسية وتعسفية، كما أن المحاكم التي تجري بحق المتهمين تكون سرية دون حضور ذوي المتهم أو حتى توكيل محامي له، ما يضع إشارات استفهام عما تريد اخفائه هذه المحاكم عن الأهالي وعامة الشعب، وهو ما يعتقد بتورط كبار قيادات في “تحرير الشام” بهذه الأعمال.

كما قال"المرصد السوري” بأنّه حصل على أسماء عدد من المتهمين بتلك الجرائم، من بينهم نحو 10 أشخاص من ريف إدلب. وأفادت مصادر أهلية بأن هيئة تحرير الشام طلبت من ذوي بعضهم مبالغ خيالية تصل إلى 300 ألف دولار أمريكي مقابل الإفراج عنهم، إلا أن ذويهم رفضوا دفع المبلغ.
