Controversy in Syria After Jordanian Influencer Addresses Warplane Pilot as “Shofeer”
The circulation of a video showing a Jordanian content creator addressing a Syrian military warplane pilot as “Shofeer” has sparked widespread discontent and criticism among journalists and activists. Journalists, meanwhile, stress that supporting professional media outlets and developing their tools should be an essential part of any government policy aimed at communicating effectively with the public.
