Europe warns and signals the re-imposition of sanctions... In New York, the voice of the Iranian people resounds with the necessity of ending the Mullah regime, which threatens the world.

At the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), major European countries are calling on Tehran to cooperate fully, while Iranians on September 23 raise the flag of change: "Iran must never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon."

During the 69th IAEA General Conference in Vienna, the regime of the Guardianship of the Jurist faces a new wave of coordinated international pressure. Meanwhile, the streets of New York are preparing to host a major rally for free Iranians on September 23, as they raise their voices against this rogue regime. Major European countries expressed deep concern over the lack of transparency in Iran's nuclear program and its dangerous escalation. They called for the regime to cooperate immediately and fully with the agency, reaffirming support for activating the "Trigger Mechanism" to re-impose UN sanctions, emphasizing that "Iran must never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon."

This heightened international pressure, coinciding with the Iranian popular movement, suggests that the global community has awakened to the reality that the policies and existence of the Mullah regime threaten international security and peace. The Iranian people will not retreat from their revolution and their pursuit of democratic change, under the banner of the Iranian Resistance, the real democratic alternative trustworthy for Iran's future and all its citizens.

Belgium’s Position: No Compromise on Guarantee Principles—New York’s Message Is in Agreement

Belgium’s stance today is markedly different from yesterday. The Belgian Minister of Security and Home Affairs issued a statement emphasizing the utmost importance of preventing nuclear proliferation, describing the Iran regime’s nuclear status as "highly concerning." The statement read: "The implementation of the safeguards agreement cannot, under any circumstances, be conditional, and this principle must be maintained at all costs. Iran must never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon."

This Belgian position, which stresses no compromise, aligns perfectly today with the message that Iranians will raise at the New York rally on September 23, reaffirming in Brussels that the regime that violates basic international rules does not deserve to remain, and that the policy of negotiation and appeasement with the regime must come to an end.

Austria’s Position: Widening Gaps, Deepening Fears... and the World Watches New York’s Moves

Austria expressed "deep regret over the regime of the Guardians of the Jurist’s complete failure to fulfill its commitments under the nuclear deal," in spite of ongoing diplomatic efforts. The Austrian statement pointed out that "gaps related to Iran’s nuclear program are widening, and our concerns about the nature of the program grow in the absence of transparency."

Austria called on Iran to "begin full cooperation immediately with the IAEA, including all remaining safeguards issues, by September 27." These European warnings come amid global monitoring of anti-regime popular protests, including the New York rally, which increases international calls to end the dangerous Mullah regime’s nuclear project.

France’s Position: Unprecedented Escalation and Total Lack of Vision... and the People in New York Demanding a Solution

The French envoy stated that the regime’s nuclear activities have reached "unprecedented levels," with uranium enrichment exceeding 60%, and the storage of materials 45 times above the limits of the nuclear deal, "without any credible civilian justification." They also noted that reaching the Iranian nuclear sites is "very difficult," and reports from the Director-General show a "complete lack of vision" regarding the program. France and its E3 partners informed the Security Council of Iran’s non-compliance, warning that sanctions lifted in 2015 would be reimposed at the end of September if Iran does not take the opportunity to return to compliance within 30 days.

These international fears are reflected by the Iranian people at the New York rally on September 23, demanding an urgent resolution: the only solution is to overthrow the regime that puts the world and the region on the brink of catastrophe.

Germany’s Position: Program Lacks Any Acceptable Civilian Purpose... and the Iranian People Reject It

The German envoy said that "most of Iran’s nuclear program, particularly the production of highly enriched uranium, is unprecedented for a country without a nuclear weapons program." He described the program as "lacking any acceptable civilian purpose," adding that this was the reason why the three European countries activated the "Trigger Mechanism" two weeks ago. The regime’s insistence on this nuclear path proves that it is indifferent to international warnings and confirms its intention to destabilize regional and international security—intentions rejected by the Iranian people, who express their rejection at every international forum, as they did in Brussels and will do in New York.

Spain’s Position: Support for Trigger Mechanism Activation... and The Solution is in the Hands of the People.
