رئيس وأعضاء مجلس بلدة عين منين بريف دمشق يستقيلون احتجاجًا على استمرار احتجاز 26 شابًا

The head and members of the council of Ain Minnin town in Rural Damascus announced their collective resignation in protest over the continued detention of 26 young men from the town, following incidents linked to protests over a water-well crisis.

Meanwhile, local residents held a peaceful sit-in on the roadside outskirts of Ain Minnin, calling for the immediate release of those detained in connection with the recent events. The sit-in did not block the roads in order to maintain peacefulness and allow civilian movement. Protesters carried banners demanding justice and access to safe water, and urged the relevant authorities to intervene promptly to resolve the crisis and free the detainees.
