Accelerated Military Progress for the Army... Recovery of Strategic Sites in the Heart of Khartoum
القتال يستعر في الخرطوم ودارفور مع دخول الصراع الأسبوع 11

The Sudanese army has continued to expand its sphere of influence within the capital. After taking control of vital facilities including the Presidential Palace, the Central Bank, and sovereign ministries, recent video recordings reveal its extended control over additional areas in the heart of Khartoum.

The circulating footage shows the army's control over the Oasis Mall, Al Baraka Tower, the Grand Mosque of Khartoum, and Al Muallim Tower.

Several weeks ago, the Sudanese army launched its largest military operation since the conflict erupted, achieving control over strategic locations including the Presidential Palace, described as "the black box of the country's governance," the Central Bank, and sovereign ministries. Additional captured sites include the Corinthia Hotel, the Friendship Hall, the National Museum, as well as the Egyptian Embassy headquarters, and a collection of towers and high-rise buildings belonging to various companies and banks.

The army has also extended its influence over university headquarters, including the Universities of Niles, Sudan, and Al-Bayan.

The advance was not limited to these locations but extended to include Tuti Island, the last stronghold of the Rapid Support Forces west of Khartoum.

In the same context, army forces entered the General Intelligence headquarters and the residence of the Rapid Support Forces commander, Mohamed Hamdan "Hemedti," in the Airport neighborhood south of the capital, employing advanced combat techniques to secure rear supply lines.

With the army's recovery of the General Intelligence headquarters, it has effectively ended the last siege imposed by the Rapid Support Forces on the army's general command.
