Netanyahu Warns: Israel Is Ready to Strike Its “Enemies” at Any Moment
نتنياهو

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Israel’s adversaries on Monday, saying the country would take military action whenever it deemed necessary. His remarks came a week before the election, in which he is seeking another term.

In a video message recorded at an undisclosed airbase, Netanyahu said: “I say to our enemies: Do not test us. You will be struck harder than you have been so far.”

Last week, Netanyahu said security officials had warned that attacks in the West Bank could be carried out in the run-up to the general election. Amid these concerns, Israel raised its security alert level eight days before the vote in anticipation of possible escalation.

Israel’s public broadcaster reported that there was currently no confirmed information indicating that Iran or Hezbollah intended to attack Israel. However, it said the military was monitoring developments closely and considered the period sensitive given the situation on several fronts.
