Clashes in Damascus... and a curfew in Talbiseh in the countryside of Homs

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported today, Tuesday, that the clashes that erupted in the Mezzeh neighborhood in the vicinity of Damascus were the result of a raid conducted by members of the Operations Division.
In the same context, the Operations Division began raid campaigns in the city of Talbiseh in northern Homs countryside, targeting the homes of wanted individuals on charges related to sabotage. Gunfire was heard during these raids, but no reports of human casualties have emerged.
A curfew has been imposed in the city of Talbiseh for security purposes, allowing operations to commence in pursuit of the wanted individuals in the targeted neighborhoods.
In another development, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights mentioned in statements to the "Al Arabiya" and "Al Hadath" channels that clashes renewed in northern Syria early on Tuesday. It clarified that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) shelled the town of Abu Qalqal and the surrounding area of Shash al-Bobna southeast of Manbij using heavy artillery.
This was followed by an incursion attack by the SDF on the shelling sites, leading to intense clashes with Turkey-backed factions, during which heavy and medium weapons were used. This coincides with Turkish artillery shelling targeting the village of Bir Hasso on the Qarqozak axis, with no information about human or material losses reported so far.
