Trump Receives the "Peace Architect" Award from the Nixon Foundation at the White House Ceremony

U.S. President Donald Trump was presented with the "Peace Architect" award on Tuesday in a ceremony held inside the Oval Office at the White House, according to American media.
This award was a symbolic honor for Trump, following his loss of the Nobel Peace Prize this year, which was awarded to Venezuelan opposition politician María Corina Machado, despite Trump’s continued insistence that he was the deserving recipient due to his achievements in promoting international peace.
During the event, Tricia Nixon Cox, daughter of the late President Richard Nixon, presented the award to Trump in the presence of the Foundation’s Chairman, Ambassador Robert C. O’Brien, and Acting Archivist Jim Byron.
The Nixon Foundation stated in a post on the platform "X" that Trump’s foreign policy, based on the principle of "America First," relied on proactive personal diplomacy and a philosophy of peace through strength. The policy achieved remarkable results in terms of the number of agreements, ceasefires, and peace deals around the world.
The statement also praised Trump’s efforts in mediating peace agreements in the Middle East, including the Gaza agreement that involved the release of all Israeli hostages and laid the groundwork for a long-term settlement in the region.
The Richard Nixon Prize was established in 1995 and is awarded annually to individuals who embody President Nixon’s vision of building a more peaceful and stable world.
